Arapiles Victoria
Mount Arapiles is a spectacular Grampians rock formation protected by Mount Arapiles-Tooan State Park 325 km n-w of Melbourne. It is considered Australia’s premier rockclimbing venue and features 2 000 climbing routes across sandstone cliffs. The 7 475 ha park is home to about 14% of Victoria’s flora species. Nature studies, cycling and birdwatching are also popular pursuits. Nearest town is Natimuk 8 km to the north east.
