Barellan is a quiet Riverina service centre located 522 km west of Sydney. Founded in 1909, its great claim to fame is as the birthplace of famous Australian Aboriginal tennis player, Evonne Goolagong (now Cawley). Barellan is surrounded by wheat fields and silos.
