Barham is a small Murray River service town located in South West NSW 852 km s-w of Sydney. Its twin town, Koondrook, sits on the river’s other side. Although Barham is in NSW, Melbourne is half as close as Sydney and as a result, the town is more economically and culturally tied to Victoria. Dairying, timber and citrus fruits are main industries.
