Brampton Island Qld 4741

Brampton Island is a large 770 ha Great Barrier Reef island. Thought to be Whitsundays southernmost island, it is actually part of the Cumberland Group of 70 islands. Excellent bushwalking and water activities. The island is found 32 km n-e of Mackay which provides access by plane or launch.
