The Frenchmans Inn by Mattinbgn
Cressy Vic 3322
Cressy is a delightful historic town at the edge of the Victorian Goldfields. Located 140 km s-w of Melbourne on the Hamilton Hwy, it was named after a French town, Crecy in honour of the first publicans who originated from there. Fortunately a lovely bluestone church (1862) and an iron bridge (1880) are still intact.
