Ivanhoe NSW 2878 (Pop about 500)

Ivanhoe is an Outback railhead 799 km west of Sydney. Settled in 1870s, it sits on the Cobb Hwy about halfway between Wilcannia and Hay and services the surrounding pastoral industry. The local heritage trail takes in several historic buildings of note.
