Kulin is an interesting Golden Outback township located 284 km s-e of Perth. A typical country wheat town, it is noted for its spectacular wildflower displays during Sept/Oct. A charming aspect of this town is the tin horses that begin appearing along the racetrack road (aka Tin Horse Hwy) in fun anticipation of the Kulin Bush Races weekend (Oct).
