The City of Lake Macquarie is located 150 km north of Sydney and comprises the major towns of Charlestown, Toronto, Warners Bay, Belmont and Swansea.  Lake Macquarie is the largest coastal saltwater lake in the Southern Hemisphere being four times larger than Sydney Harbour. A popular tourist destination with excellent fishing, swimming and boating.
