Lyndoch is an attractive Barossa Valley town located 58 km n-e of Adelaide and one of SA’s oldest settlements. Vineyards and wineries are the heart and soul of the town with grapes having been planted as early as 1847. Barossa under the Stars (Feb), Barossa Vintage Festival (odd numbered years Apr), Barossa Jazz Weekend (Aug), Barossa International Music Festival (Oct).

Para Wirra Recreation Park (12 km s-w) beautiful 1 421 ha bushland reserve with excellent walking trails, 100 bird species, wildlife & good recreational facilities. Barossa Wineries found in abundance around Lyndoch and Rowland Flat.
