Miles is a quiet SE Qld township on Dogwood Creek 335 km n-w of Brisbane. It was established in 1870s and is located close to Qld’s Outback region. The town’s major attraction is its excellent Historical Village & Museum with the Yuleba, Gurulmundi & Barakula State Forests all nearby. Wildflower Festival (Sept), Country Music Spectacular (Sept).
