Moora is a small Coral Coast rural service centre on the Moore River located 245 km north of Perth. European settlement began in 1840s but the town was only gazetted in 1895. Surrounded by sheep and wheat farms, springtime wildflower displays are spectacular. Country Campout (Easter), Moora Races (Oct).

Berkshire Valley Folk Museum (19 km east) the complex consists of a homestead (1847), cottage (1856), stables (1867), shearing shed and bridge (1869) and was built over a 25 year period from 1847 by farmer, James Clinch to recreate his English homeland. The Mill museum has fascinating historical equipment, artefacts and photographic displays. Watheroo NP (50 km north) 44 000 ha park of sandplain country with seasonal wildflowers, banksia & eucalypts and the amazing Jingemia Cave.
