Nimmitabel NSW 2631 (Pop about 300) 

Nimmitabel is a rural Snowy Mountains township 436 km s-w of Sydney. It sits on the Great Dividing Range (1 070 m) and Snowy Mts Hwy. The area was settled from 1840s and boasts several historic hotels, churches, an Emporium and beautiful Geldmacher House. The Pioneer Cemetery (Tom Groggin Rd) dates back to 1840s and the old flour mill (1865) (Clarke St) was later converted to a timber mill.
