North Wollongong is a pretty coastal suburb just 1 km north of CBD. It abuts the Princes Hwy (west) and Tasman Sea with its beautiful beaches (east). North Beach is a very popular swimming and surfing beach. A suburb of parks - Stuart Park, sitting on the suburb’s foreshores, is home to the North Wollongong Surf Lifesaving Club (SLSC) and the well known Bathers Pavillion and Continental Baths whilst Robinson and Beaton Parks are also nearby.
