Smiggin Holes NSW 2624
Smiggin Holes (1 680 m) is one of the Snowy Mountains best beginners’ ski resorts. Located 491 km s-w of Sydney, it was named after sink holes left behind by grazing cattle in 1840s. Smiggins has been a popular winter resort since 1930s and important Snowy Mts Scheme camp from 1950s. This family friendly resort is connected to Perisher Valley, Blue Cow and Guthega resorts.
