Springbrook is a small settlement within the Gold Coast hinterland. Located 106 km south of Brisbane at 900 m above sea level, it is known for its fabulous national park with its many waterfalls, particularly Purlingbrook. Springbrook NP covers 2 720 ha and has three sections - Springbrook Plateau, Mt Cougal and Natural Bridge with many beautiful rainforest walking trails and much wildlife.
