Tanilba Bay NSW 2319 (Pop 2 500)

Tanilba is a picturesque Port Stephens community 191 km north of Sydney. Its indigenous name is thought to mean ‘place of white flowers’ for the many flannel flowers that grew in the area. Tanilba sits on Tilligerry Peninsula with tidal sheltered beaches which are unpatrolled and do not allow dogs or 4WD.
