Main commercial centres include Taree, Port Macquarie and Kempsey together with smaller, Lake Cathie, Crescent Head and South West Rocks. With a wonderfully mild climate, countless beaches, major rivers, 5 lake systems, national parks and state forests, this coastal and hinterland region has it all!
