Wollongong is a thriving cosmopolitan city and Australia’s 8th largest . Its busy city centre district covers about eight blocks with the Princes Hwy (west ) and the popular Wollongong City Beach (east).  Main streets are Market, Crown, Burrelli, Church, Kembla and Corrimal. Inner city suburbs surrounding the centre include North Wollongong, Gwynneville, West Wollongong, Mangerton and Coniston. Most of the city’s foreshores are made up of parks, reserves and Wollongong golf course.
